This Forklift/Stand Up Forklift Training is designed to meet OSHA requirements and prepare individuals to operate powered industrial trucks safely. With nearly 200-250 fatalities happening annually in forklift-related accidents, ensuring proper training is vital to both workplace safety and legal compliance.
Forklift Academy, a leading provider of OSHA-compliant Forklift Certification in the USA and Canada, offers hands-on training at our nationwide training facilities. Participants who complete the course will receive an OSHA-certified picture ID Forklift License the same day.
Having a forklift license is required by law and is preferred by companies when hiring forklift operators. This certification is accepted nationwide by OSHA and employers, ensuring that operators are legally qualified to handle these machines.
The training consists of hands-on classroom sessions that are suitable for beginner forklift operators. Upon completion, you will receive a custom-printed operator ID card (plastic wallet card) and will be certified to operate forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards. The course includes comprehensive instruction delivered through PowerPoint presentations, live demonstrations, and real-world applications.
Upon completing the training, graduates will be eligible for job placement assistance, with access to job leads from partnered companies and staffing agencies.
The training includes instruction on various equipment, including powered industrial trucks, Stand-Up Forklifts, high-lift platform trucks, narrow-aisle rider trucks, rough terrain trucks, and pallet trucks.
