On-Site Forklift Certification

Forklift Academy offers on-site OSHA-compliant forklift certification training across the USA. Our experienced trainers provide both classroom and on-the-job equipment training. The course covers all necessary OSHA regulations and certifications, and each participant will receive a certificate and wallet card upon completion. Training is valid for 3 years. Pricing varies based on location and number of trainees.


The Forklift Academy offers private, on-site OSHA-compliant forklift training to help ensure your staff is fully certified in safety practices. Our experienced trainers will come to your job site anywhere in the USA, providing comprehensive forklift certification training that meets OSHA regulations. Training costs are dependent on the number of people being trained and the location, with larger groups receiving a discount. Our forklift certifications are accepted nationwide and are valid for 3 years.

Complete Certification Training for Your Entire Staff:

Classroom Training:

On-the-Job Equipment Evaluation:

  • Includes jobsite hazard evaluation and pre-operational equipment inspection.
  • Operators receive hands-on training with a pass/fail operational test.

All current OSHA regulations are covered in detail. Each participant will receive a forklift compliance guide, a daily inspection checklist, an attendance sheet, a certificate of completion, and a wallet card. Both written and driving tests are administered during the session.

Missed classes will be rescheduled, but at a lower priority. Please ensure you attend your scheduled session.

Cancellation Policy:
Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class in order to allow us to reassign your seat. Please note, cancellation fees may apply.
