The purpose of the Train the Trainer Kit is for companies to train their own employees and affiliates. Due to copyright laws, the kit cannot be used by consultants or individuals offering training for financial gain.
The Train the Trainer Kit includes both the kit and the Hands-on Train the Trainer class. This comprehensive option is perfect for companies wishing to establish an internal forklift safety program using a qualified staff member as the instructor. Ideal candidates should have experience in a warehouse or on the shop floor and be familiar with the forklifts being operated.
The kit includes training and certification for an individual to train an unlimited number of employees every 3 years. It includes all materials necessary for OSHA-compliant forklift training and ensures that the company and trainer are up to date with current safety standards.
Upon successful completion, the trainer will receive an OSHA-compliant photo ID Trainer wallet card, valid for 3 years, and a certificate of achievement that can be printed immediately. Additional wallet cards can be purchased online.
