Muchas companias no estan dispuestas a pagar por el entrenamiento de sus empleados y mucho menos por el Forklift certification. Por lo tanto sin tener otra solucion los empleados se quedan trabajando en el mismo lugar por mucho tiempo sin recibir aumentos. Algunas companias no estan informadas que las regulaciones de OSHA que regulan los Forklift industrial equipment.
